Terms and Conditions for Tutors
Please read the following guidelines carefully before accepting any assignment from Achievers Home Tuitions.
Incomplete Assignment Policy
If a tutor leaves any tuition before the completion of agreed hours, he/she is neither entitled to get any fee nor any other further assignments from Achievers.
Commitment to Appointments
If a tutor has applied for a tuition and taken the address from Achievers, they must join the tuition at the discussed timings and day. No excuses will be entertained after taking an appointment from the parents.
Code of Conduct
Any kind of corporal punishment or rude language is strictly prohibited during tuition hours.
Fee Collection
Tuition fees will be collected by Achievers only. Tutors are not supposed to discuss anything related to fees with the client (parents/students) at any point in time.
Payment Terms
Tutors will receive the tuition fee as mentioned in messages sent to them or as per the discussion held with the designated authority at Achievers.
Communication Consent
By registering, I authorize Achievers to send me SMS and WhatsApp messages related to tuition assignments on my mobile number.
Mobile Usage
The use of mobile phones for personal reasons is strictly not allowed during tuition timings.
Breach of Contract
If any tutor is found guilty of violating any of the above terms, he or she will not be eligible for any other tuition assignments in the future.
